Prior to contracting with Partners Management to manage our condominium complex, we were self-managed. As the HOA President, it was a never ending stream of headaches: tenants late on HOA dues, water leaks, inaccurate bills, ants, maintenance needs, etc. For a very low monthly fee Partners took care of all of the headaches. Not only did they provide solutions, but they used their condominium management expertise to be proactive in helping prevent problems that we had no idea were destined to happen.
